I now live the city life which means the man cave has been greatly reduced in size. That brought me to create an internet based man cave where all men can join in. Simple weight loss tips

Here are some really simple everyday tips to help loose that gut!

eat breakfast as soon as possible every morning, and be sure to include mostly protein.  This is because protein is one of the hardest things for your stomach to breakdown.   This means that you nearly burn 60% of the calories from protein just by digesting it rather than the nearly 10% you burn digesting simple carbs.  Also take a multivitamin with breakfast, it will make you feel filled for longer which means less snacking later
Drink ice cold liquids.  Introducing liquids significantly lower in temperature than your body forces you to burn calories to maintain the healthy 98.6 degrees....  this is using your body's own survival instincts to loose weight!
Drink caffeine before you workout.  This will give you a boost in energy that will make you get a few more reps or longer runs to burn more calories.
Stop using elevators!  (Within reason, don't give yourself a heart–attack)

Count calories, its crappy I know, but it is the best way to keep yourself honest all day.
